By accessing or using dictateand.com and the dictate& application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
dictate& is an AI-powered voice dictation application designed for professionals. The Service transcribes spoken audio into formatted documents.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when registering
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
- Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by dictate&. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Accuracy and Limitations
dictate& uses AI to transcribe and format documents. While we strive for accuracy, the Service may produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use. dictate& is not a substitute for professional judgement and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or other professional advice.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is processed and stored within the European Union.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dictate& shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
